Lately I’ve been totally into this cozy little mix of ylang-ylang, sweet orange and just a tiny bit of neroli 💕 It smells sweet and warm and instantly makes me feel calm. I put a bit on after a hot shower, when my skin’s still warm and the room smells like steam and flowers 🌸

It’s kind of my favorite part of the day now. I add a few drops to my diffuser, a few drops of oil into my 🍒 of course!

play some soft music, dim the lights… and it feels like I made my own spa at home.

I really believe in the power of oils! they help me sleep, ease headaches, and drop into the softest meditations.
