Can we talk about my legs? the foundation of my body who took me all over the world and back. From my early days in Brazil where I learned how to take my first steps, to my upbringing in England where they gained freedom to wander all over Europe, and most recently they led me to America where they have been in a constant journey of discovery. Sometimes they’re bigger, sometimes smaller. Sometimes hairier, other times smoother. No matter whether I wear shorts or jeans they always deliver me wherever I need to be.

On my very first bodybuilding show, I placed second and was called out by the judges who told me I could’ve have earned the first place if I knew how to showcase my physique. When I was younger, I used to think I had to live up to people’s expectations. The only problem is that they expected me to be someone who I wasn’t. Someone who didn’t need to speak as long as I look good in underwear. A great body was enough for me to be socially accepted, whilst mind and soul were neglected. Thank God for growing up, for maturing, for the experiences and the learnings. I learned I could have it all, I could be whole... because no BODY is complete without MIND & SOUL
