In 2004, a challenge appeared where participants didn’t need to shave their mustaches and beards. It was called "NO NUT NOVEMBER."

Then, in November 2017, the trend of abstinence became popular, where participants had to refrain from self-pleasure. Now, I want to list the pros and cons of this challenge.

### Pros:

1. It helps you focus, especially during the first 3 days.

2. It allows you to channel sexual energy into hobbies.

3. It can make you feel a bit more open and increases testosterone levels during the first week.

### Cons:

1. Risk of prostate cancer (it can develop quite easily).

2. Increased aggression.

3. It can worsen erectile function.

4. Depression.

5. Prostatitis.

6. Infertility and other iss ues
So now, think about it — is this something you really need? Or maybe it’s better to ignore societal pressure?
