Hi loves!

As some of you may know, I have spent the past 5 years developing a holistic psychedelic method to permanently heal CPTSD and adjacent troubles via rage expression and holistic care of one’s physiology. I am incredibly proud of my work which incorporates my education in mitochondrial functions, developmental psychology, somatic and play-based therapies as well as my family’s own Indio medicine traditions and the practices of other Indigenous peoples for whom these medicines are generational tradition.

My work is meant to be engaged by anyone who is able regardless of background so appropriation and performative acts are unnecessary, and the method is designed to be gentle and considerate enough that someone can do it completely self-led if they so wish. I did this with men in mind as so many in my life have trouble being completely open and feeling totally safe with others, and I have known many veterans who were totally changed by CPTSD.

I was even supposed to have a study conducted via Johns Hopkins after talking to researchers who did a broad public outreach, but the study was cancelled due to funding cuts.

All of this to say that my practice is currently showing results lasting 4 years without any backslide and the list of people who want my help is growing.

This work is incredibly important to me and saved my own life after literal decades of medications, therapists and therapies which didn’t help my troubles.

I will be taking at least 8 days a month to work with clients who choose to have me with them in sessions and won’t be available here.

I currently am offering sliding-scale therapy to people who work with their communities so they don’t have to deal with the ups and downs of mental illness. My hope is to soon start finding clients who will pay premium so that I can trickle those funds down.
