

I want to share how I had emotional burnout in my life🤯 and how I got through that stage of life🤗🤩
At 23 I realized the importance of not only chasing goals, but also taking care of myself. 💔 Emotional burnout is a signal that it's time to pause, to give yourself time to recover. Balance is important in life: successes mean more when you're in tune with yourself. 🧘♀️ Learning to rest and be kinder to yourself, because you can't pour from an empty vessel. 💖
