You are the best ! 😁❤️Update about my knee :As you know now I’m back to train upper body ( which I was avoiding for a year and a half ) to transition to wellness category. Giving my knee break and doing treatments , since it’s cold as fak 🤣 it will only get better with warmer weather so I’m being patient and taking one day at the time. CANT WAIT FOR A SPRING!!!!! In overall at least I can walk with just little pain but nothing getting worse for now .I’m sure in one month I will be better !😊
