This is the Monday post to wish you have an excellent start of the week.
To make this more interesting I’m going to give you a little mission: You need to make a list of 5 things that make you feel grateful that you have in your life, they can be really simple or small, like having a favorite spoon, there’s no wrong answers, but for every thing that you have in your list you have to close your eyes, focus on the thing you’re grateful for having for a couple seconds and say thank you, preferably out loud but you can do it on your mind.
The list is personal and private! You don’t have to share it with me, but if you want to you can tell me how this exercise made you feel, right here on the comments or in a message.
