Means I can close it, but without key it won't open again. Second - the reinforced collar can be locked with a padlock or a timelock and doesn't allow to stretch the rubber that heavy to get the head out. I think it wouldn't be possible at all because it's a thick hood but with this locking option is totally impossible. 🔐🔥
