Ever since I was little my Mama would tell me off for skipping breakfast but truthfully I never felt like I could eat just after I'd woken up. Anyway, I'm trying to look after myself a bit better (that means less booze & more fruits), so I had yoghurt with blueberries, seeds & granola today. Someone tell me they're proud of me? 🙈
